Complaint Procedures Overview
The District has the primary responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable State and Federal laws and regulations governing educational programs. To resolve complaints which may require a more formal process, the following forms are available to view and fill out:
Complaint Procedures Information
Personnel Complaint This is form is to be used if an individual is unable or unwilling to resolve complaint directly with a district employee.
Title IX Sexual Harassment This form is to be used for allegations of discrimination based on sex/gender, gender identity, gender expression, or sexual orientation.
Title IX Non-Discrimination The Redlands Unified School District prohibits discrimination, harassment, intimidation, and bullying based on actual or perceived ancestry, age, color, disability.
Uniform Complaint Procedures This form is to be used for allegations of discrimination, harassment, intimidation, and bullying based on actual or perceived ancestry, age, color, disability, gender, gender identity, gender expression, nationality, race or ethnicity, religion, potential parental, family and/or marital status, sex, sexual orientation, or association with a person or a group with one or more of these actual or perceived characteristics.
Williams Uniform Complaint A form of UCP focuses on filing a complaint regarding instructional materials, emergency/urgent facilities conditions that pose a threat to health and safety, and teacher vacancy/misassignment.
